These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Torrnado LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Torrnado," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website (torrnado.uk) and our products, including Tor (tor.torrnado.uk) and Velmont (velmont.torrnado.uk), together with any future products we launch (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Tor is offered on a subscription basis. Plan pricing, billing frequency, and features are presented at the point of signup on tor.torrnado.uk. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Velmont sells physical watches and accessories. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are presented at the point of sale on velmont.torrnado.uk. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free; we may correct errors and, where a payment has already been taken based on an error, cancel and refund the affected order. All payments across the Services are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable processor's terms and authorize us (via our processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the amounts due, including recurring charges for active subscriptions. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

The Services, including all content, branding, software, and design (excluding third-party licensed content available through Tor), are owned by Torrnado LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torrnado LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Services, or cancel a subscription, at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
